These Terms govern your use of FengSpark. By using the site you agree to them.

The service
FengSpark offers free classical Chinese-metaphysics calculators and optional paid memberships with added features. We may add, change or retire features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
Acceptable use
Use FengSpark lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its content.
Memberships & payments
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout. Any refunds are handled case by case — contact us and we'll be fair.
Intellectual property
The FengSpark platform, its readings, text and design are owned by Pandit.com and its ecosystem. You may use your own results freely; please don't republish our content as your own.
No professional advice
FengSpark is for guidance, learning and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you make are your own.
“As is” & liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, FengSpark and Pandit.com are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the owner's registered location.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
