Privacy Policy
How we handle your information — in plain language.
Last updated: 4 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FengSpark, part of the Pandit.com ecosystem, handles your information when you use our website and tools.
This website is operated by Trichakra Foundation (GSTIN 03AJJPK2400L1ZK), 80 Vishal Nagar, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141013, India. For any privacy or data-related request, write to care@pandit.com or our grievance contact, Rahul Kaushal, at rahul@pandit.com.
What we collect
- Account details you provide — your name and email address when you register.
- Chart inputs — the birth dates, times and places you enter to compute a reading. These are used to generate your result and, if you save them, to show your saved charts.
- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymous analytics (pages visited, a session identifier) to understand and improve the service.
- Payment data — if you purchase a membership, payments are handled by our processor (Razorpay). We do not see or store your card details.
How we use it
To operate the tools, run your account, compute and save your readings, respond to your enquiries, process memberships, and improve FengSpark. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the platform — our hosting, email delivery and payment processor — and only as far as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for your login session and for anonymous analytics. You can clear or block them in your browser; some features (like staying logged in) need them.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account. Just contact us. We aim to honour valid requests promptly, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Children
FengSpark is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children without a guardian's consent.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do.
