Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fair, clear terms for cancelling a membership or requesting a refund.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to paid memberships and services purchased on FengSpark, operated by Trichakra Foundation, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Digital service
FengSpark memberships unlock digital features (saved charts, sealed PDF reports, professional guidance and the Report Studio). Access is granted immediately on successful payment; there is no physical shipping.
Cancellation
You may cancel a membership at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops any future renewal; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Because access is delivered instantly, memberships are generally non-refundable once premium features have been used. However, we want you to be happy:
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- If you are dissatisfied and have not substantially used the premium features, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request fairly.
How to request a refund
Email care@pandit.com (or call customer care on 70351-70351) with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.
